Your boot buying guide with Classix

Once you’ve selected your boots, buying is simple and secure. Check the items you’ve selected in your Shopping basket by clicking the Shopping basket icon. Then click on the checkout button in your shopping cart and follow the payment and delivery instructions.

Payment methods accepted at Classix

We prefer PayPal or bank Transfer. If you would like to spread the costs of your boots please just call our team to discuss payment options.

Shipping your boots

Orders will be shipped within the next 1-2 working days via Royal Mail  or DHL.

 

For all international boot orders please contact the team for delivery times and costs. 

Tracking your boots

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed and shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your boots has been shipped.

 

Unfortunately at Classix we do not accept returns

Returns will only be accepted if we have sent you the wrong boots. If you have any concerns regarding anything just drop us a line and the team will be happy to help sales@classixcollection.com

Customs/imports duties and fees

We are not responsible for paying any customs or import fees your country may charge.  If you are required to pay an import or customs fee, you must pay it, or else the item will most likely not be delivered.  Shipping couriers (DHL/Royal Mail) will send a notice via email, txt message, or paper notice for any import fees that may be assessed.

 

If you fail to pay your countries customs fees, and the item is delivered back us for failure to pay and adhere to the guidelines, you must pay the shipping cost again to receive your item.
